If delivery by email is not possible, Telcast Networks, LLC. also accepts delivery via U.S. Mail, and overnight mail at the contact information below.
MAILING ADDRESS:
Telcast Networks, LLC. 1349 W Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1910, Atlanta, GA 30309
Please Note: All requests for records production should be accompanied by the appropriate subpoena, legal process and/or documentation and must name “Telcast Networks, LLC.” as the service provider. Also, all requests must include the sender’s name (and for criminal investigations, the law enforcement agency name), address, email address and telephone number. Because Telcast Networks, LLC does not generally provide service to end user customers, its response may only include the name and contact information of the wholesale customer to whom that telephone number is assigned. A separate request must be sent to that carrier, service provider or reseller to obtain subscriber or other information.
Further note that Telcast Networks, LLC only holds data for the period of last 19 months, one month more than required by FCC guidelines. Please see below:
§ 42.6 Retention of telephone toll records.
Each carrier that offers or bills toll telephone service shall retain for a period of 18 months such records as are necessary to provide the following billing information about telephone toll calls: the name, address, and telephone number of the caller, telephone number called, date, time and length of the call. Each carrier shall retain this information for toll calls that it bills whether it is billing its own toll service customers for toll calls or billing customers for another carrier.
